Candyspace gets the Push 15th June 2009

Push, the new movie from the director of "Lucky Number Slevin", has received a cross platform treatment from Candyspace. Incorporating a host of bespoke content and a unique competition mechanic that takes the user between the flash website and mobile site, the campaign pivots around discovering the user's own power which then enablem them to download a specific "power kit" to their mobile device. The mobile site additionally offered the opportunity to buy the DVD direct from Amazon, all whilst on the go.

 
 

Wii 'Get it Online' 14th April 2009

Candyspace have created Nintendo's summer marketing campaign aimed at getting Wii users to 'Get It Online'. The campaign delivered a cross platform experience featuring tantalising footage of some of the Wii's best multiplayer online games, specifically created for the campaign. The campaign also offered instructional content which takes the user through a step-by-step guide to 'Get It Online', should they not already have been able to hook up your Wii to their home network. The mobile campaign was promoted through a takeover of Orange World, a first for any gaming brand.

 
 

Outlander gets mobile 3rd April 2009

Candyspace delivered a mobile experience that reflected the epic tale of a space marine stranded in the midst of the reign of the Vikings. The campaign enabled users to get a glimpse of the monster, and also gave an insight into the making of the film. Visitors to the mobile site were able to download an exclusive ringtone, which features the blood curdling howl of the Moorwen, and to win an actual prop from the film. The campaign was promoted with media on the Three network.

 
 

Horne and Corden go mobile for LVK 6th March 2009

The soon-to-be-smash Lesbian Vampire Killers stars James Corden and Mathew Horne of Gavin and Stacey fame. The film tells the tale of two young men unwittingly caught in remote house on the night of a lifetime marred only by a plague of rampant vampire killers. Taking the films creative as an inspiration, Candyspace created a unique comic book themed mobile site that included trailers, made for mobile mobisodes and a ringtone countdown to the date of release with exclusive ringtone content. The site and content was published across 3, o2, Orange and Off Deck portals.

 
 

Joop provides dating toolkit for the daring 30th February 2009

Candyspace has created a compelling mobile experience to help launch the new Joop fragrance Thrill! The unique mobile site provided a multi dimensional experience with a male and female part to the site. Each area had content specific to both sides of the gender divide, with dating tips and quizzes that could be quickly deployed by either sex in the field. If a date was going disastrously wrong Candyspace also provided a date rescue call back service to help extricate you from the date from hell. Aren’t we thoughtful?

 
 

Candyspace maintain mobile terror 27th Feb 2009

A cutting edge independent Horror flick ‘Hush’ creates a unique level of suspense. Candyspace created a mobile destination that added to the tension and intrigue. Visitors to the site were able to download the trailer, pass on the information to a friend and also asked to submit the answer to a grisly conundrum. Users were enticed from networks o2 & 3 with banner advertising and specially created pre-roll’s.

A heart-pounding look at the dangerous underground world of mixed martial arts, Never Back Down reached Number 1 in the UK DVD chart this week. Candyspace spearheaded this success with an innovative mobile campaign, creating exclusive mobile fight clips and other downloads; all available from a cutting edge WAP portal. This was publicised accross UK mobile operators and traditional media.

 
 

Candyspace Make It Happen 8th August 2008

Candyspace have created a set of bespoke mobile dance instructional videos to support Optimum Releasings' theatrical hit Make it Happen. The "Dance Tips" videos, featuring one of the UK's top dance instructors, were exclusively scripted, directed and edited by Candyspace. Fans could register to receive the inspirational Dance Tips from the "Make It Happen" mobile portal which also contained a whole host of other mobile features and content.

MTV Games recently launched virtual band game Rock Band which is to be supported by Microsoft's Xbox UK mobile site.
